Production and delivery
Most MadJax Prints products are produced after ordering, so production time and carrier transit time are separate for shirts, decals, 3D printed items, gifts, and custom work.
Most orders are produced within 3-7 business days. Custom shirts, logo apparel, bulk team orders, decals, 3D printed products, and highly personalized gifts may take longer depending on quantity, artwork, materials, and approval timing.
Shipping time depends on the selected carrier and destination after production is complete. Final shipping options, costs, and estimated timing should be displayed during live checkout before purchase.
When tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after the order ships. Carrier scans and delivery updates may take time to appear after the label is created.
