How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 3-7 business days. Custom shirts, bulk apparel, decals, 3D printed items, and highly personalized orders may vary by quantity, artwork, materials, and deadline.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping timing depends on the carrier and destination after production is complete. Shipping costs and available methods should be shown before checkout in the final live commerce setup. See the Shipping Policy for more details.
Can I request a custom or bulk order?
Yes. Email sales@madjaxprints.com with what you want made, quantity, apparel sizes if needed, colors, deadline, artwork, logo files, names, numbers, and personalization details.
What is the return policy?
Personalized and made-to-order items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible non-custom items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition. Email support@madjaxprints.com before sending any return. Who pays return shipping?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, MadJax Prints will help resolve the issue after reviewing the order details and photos. For eligible non-custom returns that are not due to an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved in writing.
When are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a damaged, defective, or incorrect item claim is reviewed. Bank or card processing times may vary after a refund is issued.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Request changes as soon as possible. Once artwork approval or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be available.
What payment methods are accepted?
Checkout is handled securely through MadJax checkout. Accepted payment methods and the full purchase cost are shown before order submission. Site terms are available in the Terms of Service.
