Return & Refund Policy

At MadJax Prints, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn/unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods or hazardous materials

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at madjaxprints@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

How to start a return
Email madjaxprints@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless required otherwise by law.

Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post funds.
