Are your products made to order?

Absolutely. Customization is one of our specialties. For custom team orders, please contact us at madjaxprints@gmail.com with your details and we'll work with you directly.

We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing for apparel and 3D FDM printing for physical products like light boxes, keychains, and license plate frames. Both methods produce durable, high-quality results.

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of being placed. Shipping time is then 2–5 business days depending on your location. Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Contact us as soon as possible at madjaxprints@gmail.com. We can make changes before production begins. Once an item is in production, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use that link to follow your package in real time.

MadJax Prints is based in LaGrange, Kentucky, USA. We ship to all 50 states.

At this time we primarily ship within the United States. Contact us if you have an international shipping inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate.

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Yes. We specialize in team and group orders for youth sports teams, booster clubs, school organizations, and fundraisers. Contact us for bulk pricing.
